Landscaping in Windermere That Fixes the Real Problem
We take care of lawns, beds, irrigation, sod, hardscapes and trees around your home in Windermere, Winter Garden and Ocoee. Before we quote anything, we walk the yard and find out why the grass is thinning or the beds keep failing, so the work you pay for actually solves it.

Why Homeowners Call Us First
A brown patch, a soggy corner or a dying shrub usually has a cause you can't see from the patio. We look for that cause before we suggest anything.
- We diagnose before we sell
- Dead grass can come from chinch bugs, a broken sprinkler head, fungus or plain shade, and each one needs a different fix. We check soil, irrigation coverage and drainage first. If new sod won't last because the zone isn't watering it, we tell you that instead of selling the sod.
- Photos and plain answers
- We show you what we found, with photos when it helps. You hear what is wrong, what is causing it and what your options are, in everyday words.
- Written estimates, line by line
- Your estimate lists the work, the materials and the cleanup separately. You can see what each part costs and decide what to do now and what can wait.
- Your home protected, your yard left clean
- We lay down protection on driveways and walkways before heavy work, keep equipment off fragile areas where we can, and blow off hard surfaces before we leave. Debris goes with us.
- One crew for the whole yard
- Because we handle lawn, irrigation, beds and trees, we can see how one problem affects another. A tree shading out the grass or a head spraying the wrong bed gets caught in the same visit.
Landscaping Services for Your Home
We are a family-owned company, fully insured and in business since 2018. We handle lawn care, landscape design, mulch and beds, irrigation, sod installation and hardscape installation, plus tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding and bamboo removal. When the yard needs a reset, our seasonal cleanup and property cleanup crews clear it out. Pick a service below to see how we approach it and what affects the cost.

Lawn Care
Regular mowing, feeding and weed control, plus a close look at what is behind brown spots, thin turf or weeds before we treat anything.

Landscape Design
We study your yard's light, soil and water flow first, then draw a planting and layout plan that fits how you actually use the space.

Mulch and Beds
Fresh mulch, clean edges and rebuilt planting beds, with a look at what is causing the weeds, washouts or dying plants before we spread anything.

Irrigation
Sprinkler repair, zone tune-ups and new installs, starting with a zone-by-zone test so we fix the real cause of dry or soggy spots.

Seasonal Cleanup
Leaf removal, bed weeding, cutback of cold-damaged plants and debris hauling, with notes on any problem we spot along the way.

Sod Installation
We figure out why your lawn died, prepare the soil, choose a grass that suits your yard and lay fresh sod that roots in instead of browning out.

Hardscape Installation
Paver patios, walkways, driveways and retaining walls built on a properly compacted base, with drainage worked out before the first stone goes down.

Tree Trimming and Removal
Pruning, deadwood removal and careful takedowns, with a clear explanation of what is wrong with the tree before any cutting starts.

Palm Tree Pruning and Removal
Careful frond pruning, seed pod cleanup and safe palm removal, with a clear answer on whether a struggling palm can be saved.

Stump Grinding
We grind leftover stumps below the soil line, deal with surface roots and leave the spot ready for sod, beds or a new tree.

Bamboo Removal
We identify your bamboo type, trace the underground runners and remove the root mass, not just the canes, so regrowth has far less to start from.

Property Cleanup
We clear overgrown beds, vines, brush and storm debris, haul it all away, and show you what caused the mess so your yard stays cleaner longer.
What Shapes the Cost of a Landscaping Job
Every yard is different, so we price after we've seen yours. These are the things that move the number up or down. Knowing them ahead of time helps you plan and keeps the estimate free of surprises.
Your estimate is free and written out line by line after we've walked the property. If something changes once the work starts, we talk with you before doing anything extra.
- Size and layout
- A large open lawn is faster per square foot than a yard broken up by beds, slopes and narrow side strips. Curved bed lines and lots of edging add labor.
- Access for equipment
- Gate width, fences and tight side yards decide whether we can bring in a sod cutter, stump grinder or loader, or whether materials go in by wheelbarrow.
- What's under the surface
- Sandy soil, buried roots, old landscape fabric and aging irrigation lines all change the work. We check for these during the walkthrough so they show up in the estimate, not halfway through the job.
- Materials and plants
- Grass variety, mulch type, pavers versus natural stone and plant size all carry different costs. We'll explain the tradeoffs, including how each choice holds up in Florida heat and summer rain.
- Tree height and location
- A tall oak or palm close to your roof, fence or power lines takes more rigging and care than one standing in the open. Haul-away and stump grinding are listed separately.
- HOA approval and timing
- Some neighborhoods require design approval before new hardscapes or major plantings. Planting season and workload can also affect scheduling.

A Local Crew That Looks Before It Digs
We started this company to do landscaping the way we'd want it done at our own homes. That means figuring out why something failed before replacing it. Too many yards get new sod or new plants laid over the same broken sprinkler or compacted soil, and the problem comes right back a few months later.
Our work covers the everyday and the bigger projects: weekly lawn care, fresh mulch and beds, irrigation tune-ups, new hardscapes and careful tree and palm work. Whatever the size, you get the same straight answers and the same cleanup at the end of the day.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us
Why does my lawn have brown patches even though I water it?
Watering more often isn't always the fix. Brown patches in Central Florida lawns often come from chinch bugs, fungus, a clogged or misaligned sprinkler head, or soil that sheds water instead of soaking it up. We check each of these during the walkthrough so you treat the real cause and don't waste water or money.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, walk the property and give you a written estimate at no cost. You're under no obligation to hire us.
Do you offer financing for larger projects?
Yes. You can finance up to $100,000, pick a term anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and pay it off early with no prepayment penalties. Homeowners tend to lean on this for bigger plans such as a new landscape design, a paver patio or a full irrigation overhaul. Bring it up on the phone and we'll walk you through how it works.
Should I repair my sprinkler system or replace it?
Most systems can be repaired. Broken heads, leaking valves and poor coverage are common and fixable. We only suggest replacement when the lines or controller are failing in enough places that repairs would cost more over time, and we'll show you why.
My HOA has rules. Can you work with them?
Yes. We put together the plant list, layout and materials your association asks to see, so you have everything ready for their review. We hold off on any work that needs approval until your HOA has signed off.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not usually. We like to walk the property with you at the estimate and again at the end if possible. During the job itself, we just need access to the yard and the gate code if there is one.
Will you handle tree work near my house?
Yes. Tree trimming and removal and palm tree pruning are part of what we do. For trees close to your roof or fence, we plan the cuts and lowering so branches come down where they should, then haul everything away.
